There are a lot of customer relationship management (CRM) tools out there. We know because when one of our founders needed one for his own sales & service business, none of them fit his needs. Levi needed a tool that our sales team could use day in, day out while they were on the road, making sales & service calls all day. Here is what we needed to know:
- where and who the customer is
- an activity log of when the customer was visited and what happened at that visit

Now, not only do we have an audit trail of who did what and when, but it’s a tool that our employees have used and embraced to make their lives easier. Plus, it’s really pretty neat to pull up a map, and see exactly where all your customers are.
