What are 'Spots' and 'Checkins'

Answer

A spot is a location that you have marked on a map. It can be used to track a customer, a company asset, or anything else you'd like to track. Spots always have a latitude/longitude associated with them and they always show up on the app's map.

A checkin is an action in the TrackGo app that allows you to 'check in' to a spot. This is where you can mark that you were there and track notes about your visit to this location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, which are securerly stored. You are charged monthly until you cancel TrackGo.

How many users do I need?

Answer

A user is someone in your company or team that you want to be able to use TrackGo. All data including: spots, checkins, contacts, etc is shared across your team, and all users in your account can see it & edit the information.

Can I export my data?

Answer

Your data is 💯yours. At any point you can export a CSV (Excel) file that contains all of your spots, checkins, contacts, etc. This can done at any point in our web dashboard.
